Account Data
You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Game progress stored locally on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the App.
Account Deletion
You can delete your GridLock account and all associated data using either of the following methods:
In-App Deletion:
- Open GridLock
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Data Retention
We retain your authentication data and game progress for as long as you maintain an active account with us to provide seamless cloud saves and leaderboards. If you choose to delete your account, we will permanently delete all associated data (including your email, display name, user ID, and game progress) from our servers within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Our App is suitable for all ages but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy in the App with an updated effective date.
